Welcome to All About Banking.

This on-line, modular, self-paced program has been developed for entry-level employees, professionals from other industries, new hires without banking or financial services experience, and experienced employees looking for a refresher.

The program is designed to allow banking professionals at all levels from technology, operations, risk management, human resources, trust, marketing, legal, public relations, administration and similar staff areas, as well as management trainees, and employees without prior banking experience to understand key elements of a bank’s operations, with no prior accounting or financial background required.

Our clients, including some of the world’s largest banks, have benefited by using our in-person programs for over 20 years. These programs are now available via the web.

This demonstration module has been developed to allow you to see many of the features of the full library of subjects in a brief period of time, and works best in full screen mode (function key 11).

This chapter describes the features in general terms. If you are interested only in the organization and features, rather than actual lesson content, these first few pages are all you need.
